That version of OBS is about two years out of date and not an official version. Try again with the latest one, ideally our Flatpak or PPA (if on Ubuntu). If the issue still occurs please reopen the issue.
The problem persists also in the version from ppa. I can not re-open my issues if a repo collaborator closed them.
I may have misunderstood the issue, sorry. But it's still related to the system theme that is considered "light" by default.

Probably the way it is But other programs, a browser, for example, somehow understand that the system theme is dark So far, I've just changed the theme a little and everything is OK, but somehow it's not like that
Qt, at least on Windows, does not yet have full support for OS dark mode detection. That is coming in 6.4 and 6.5. I do not know the status of that for non-Windows systems.

Unless those other applications use Qt for their UI, this is an apples to oranges comparison.
