@DreamsOfImran Does the issue remain?
@linucksrox Can you provide the manifest or step for reproducing the permission error?
@linucksrox I tried to create the wordpress by `helm install wordpress bitnami/wordpress -f values.yaml` using longhorn RWX and RWO volumes. I noticed that folders with permission `755` were created firstly...
`values.yaml` looks fine. The `CSIDriver` creation is embedded in longhorn-manager, so we need to do more investigation on `fsGroupPolicy`. cc @joshimoo @jenting @innobead
@turip Thanks for the feature. Introducing `helperTolerations` is fine for preventing the breaking change. Can you help address it? Thank you.
@chriscchien conflicts.

Can you show all messages while running `docker run -v /dev:/host/dev -v /proc:/host/proc -v /mnt/HC_Volume_36503336/replicas/pvc-3bc39ac5-a5b3-4c47-bbe8-82c6fb573106-dbce71d2:/volume --privileged longhornio/longhorn-engine:v1.6.1 launch-simple-longhorn pvc-3bc39ac5-a5b3-4c47-bbe8-82c6fb573106-dbce71d2 322122547200`
OK. Have you checked https://longhorn.io/kb/troubleshooting-volume-with-multipath/?
> I haven't yet but I can try. Does running `systemctl restart multipathd.service` run the risk of effecting any currently running longhorn volumes/workloads? No, I don't think it is risky...
