@gspencergoog can you run Google testing again? I don't see how this could break anything.

For me the issue occurs when discord is not open, or when it is closed while the plugin runs. Reinstalling the plugin doesn't fix the issue for me.

Can someone rerun Google testing?

I have a similar problem for my OPML file that is encoded in utf8. It is a normal feeder export.
