Hum... Strange! I've cp your hotkeys spec on v0.32.4 and it works as prescribed?? Did you check the k9s debug logs for potential load issues or conflicts?

@hideintheclouds Thanks for the report! Popeye leverages font-awesome to make the html output somewhat decent. In envs with no public internet, it might be best to choose another output format...

@open-infra - Did you set XDG_CONFIG_HOME=~/.config? Just checked v0.25.15 seems to be working nominally...
@ttbadr Unless you set XDG_CONFIG_HOME or move your k9s configurations to the defaults for your [platform](https://github.com/adrg/xdg/blob/master/README.md), k9s will use its default configurations and won't pick up your config changes ;(
@pmorch Agreed! Viewing all logs would be really tough to achieve in certain situations where services are either very chatty or dumping huge stacks every sub seconds ie Java workloads....
@wpbeckwith Please add the k9s debug logs. Works as expected here at the ranch... Does you user have access to list pods in all namespaces?
