I created a starter for **gatsby**: [`gatsby-tailwind-styled-components-storybook-starter`](https://github.com/denvash/gatsby-tailwind-styled-components-storybook-starter), you can check the code of `webconfig.js` and try to configure it for CRA. TL;DR, you should try adding Post-CSS.
