AD join for Azure Files profile storage deployment when using existing AD

Creation of the profile store is [predicated on the use of AADDS](https://github.com/Azure/AVDBlueprint/blob/cdb2f51fe5ac5fa6f0c657a296529b088cea995c/scripts/CreateAADDSFileShare_ConfigureGP.ps1#L82), causing domain join for preexisting AD environments to be manual only.
