I think 'fogged' means 'masked' or 'shadowed': both [abolish.txt](https://github.com/tpope/vim-abolish/blob/master/doc/abolish.txt) and [eregex.txt](https://github.com/vim-scripts/eregex.vim/blob/master/doc/eregex.txt) define the help tag `*:S*`.

Does it show up in the sidebar menu, between 'Synced Tabs' and 'Move Sidebar to Left'? It does for me in Firefox 61.
