Hi,I test opencv Goturn and caffe Goturn,got different performance,caffe is more better,whatever speed and track,and opencv can't use cuda, it seems that caffe Goturn model file can't be used on...

if just use cpu to run Goturn,i7 6700hq,less 10FPS.

if use opencv4 dnn may get more better benchmark!
