I can duplicate this issue with PHPStorm 2019.2  Also the "preferences" is now called "settings" in PhpStorm You might need to update the instructions.

That would be great. As a webdesigner I have different albums for each website for hosted images in imgur. If I wasable to directly upload to particular album from EasyImgur...
