Just noticed that the same is happening when trying to change the thumbnail of SOME publishes on nullvideo

**Edit Thumbnail** option is not available on a particular channel/account on nullvideo that i completely changed yesterday (name and content) - it was an existing account that I took advantage...

I´m deleting newtube channel **thumbnails** because i wanna replace the old ones by new ones and it doesnt allow me ... the original ones keep showing after uploading new ones!...
