This code _needs_ good unit tests. There's no excuse. The bug in #2 could have been a security disaster, but luckily it wasn't.

LFO: Take any Wave, and oscillate it at an arbitrary frequency (mono)

Wavetable: Add the ability to load a wavetable from a .wav (same format as Serum)

Support reading from more types of WAV (different sample rates, mono, etc)

I avoided this because it probably involves sample rate conversion, and I have no idea how to do that.
