We had some whitespace cleanup done by @jaymzh and @davide125 for network scripts. But I would like to extend this for all the scripts we currently have inside the initscripts.

Currently, setting just `PEERDNS=no` will not force network-scripts to ignore the DNS servers information being obtained from DHCP server, if the `DNS1` or `DNS2` are not specified.
