I may be wrong but since it's working when clicking Apply settings, I guess it's an issue with the camera initialization or something causing delay before anything can access it......

It only happens when octolapse is enabled. I'm really not sure but could it be because both octolapse and spoolmanager are raising a pop-up for confirmation before starting the print?...

Not sure but it may be a FRRouting bug. If you haven't already done it, you could open a similar issue on the FRRouting project so they can sort it...
