Enable `.clean_with` to receive simple arguments

Thanks for your comment. Yeah, separating modules looks fine. I think the simplest way is; ``` ruby DatabaseRewinder.only = ['foos'] # and also set to cleaners ``` in most cases...

Tables created in complex queries are not cleaned

Though I didn't know WITH statement, I think both solutions are OK. You can send your Pull request.
