Generative tests depend on removed code

`juxt.clip.impl.core/blocked-eval?` was remove with this change 5b344d94aff56c2f57a8f7088af0c212e047ea14 , the generative test still depends on it.

reducer documentation / fix return value in example code

The documented return value in the last example doesn't match the description and code, "[:early 5]" should be "[:final [:early 5]]" Thank you for this great macro!
