Support randomize multi-exits intersection and the angle of exits

Current implementation only support T-intersection and 4-way-intersection.

We should support more like 2-way-intersection (This is different than curve! For example a L-shape road) and 5-way.

Besides, the angles of each exits should also be tunable.
