### Describe the bug Using eslint package `eslint-plugin-import` with storybook 9.0.12/13 is giving error `Unable to resolve path to module` for many paths such as 'storybook/test', 'storybook/manager-api', 'storybook/theming', 'storybook/theming/create', etc....
