It seems like there is an issue with UTM, I checked the same and it seems like Kali Linux is not loading either with Graphics Mode and with no graphics....

Yes, the file is being exported in UTF-8 format although the default format of MS Excel is not same which causes rendering of UTF-8 characters into other ones!

Agreed to @elarlang as the second point is regarding Defense In Depth providing a better and layered approach recommendations to have security in place at different levels!
