Perhaps miss code in the datasource. I haven't yet tested the alerts, so possible not works :( I will see it when had little time.

Hello, seems you have problem with GLPI. DO you have official version or custom patched version?

Seems a problem because _Time range based on_ is empty Are you sure the _user token_ in the datasource have right access to the tickets?

We can't link a problem with _seems_. Can you check all your switches to be sure LLDP activated ? If you have host manage virtualmachines (esx hosts), perhaps a good...
