GLPI API Connected but Panel does not bring data

Datasource to GLPI seems to be correct. But imported panel does not bring data. Any help will be highly appretiated! :-)

Seems a problem because Time range based on is empty Are you sure the user token in the datasource have right access to the tickets?

I've got the exact same problem and I feel the Timerange parameter could be the reason it doesn't work as expected. I've tried to reproduce this issue with a preprod GLPI and it works fine, the Timerange can be changed. When I switch back to the Data Source of the GLPI in prod, Timerange has no value available. I have a feeling it has something to do with the GLPI used in the Data Source, but is there a parameter that has to be allowed on the server ?

I've managed to make it work. I was using the "Dashboard" plugin from Infotel, and deactivating it made Grafana work. "Timerange" on Grafana can now be changed and panels show informations about tickets and stuff.
