Hehe, I actually changed it a while ago so a PannerNode loads the database on-demand if one is created by specifying the hrtf search path: https://github.com/LabSound/LabSound/blob/0438183d86836abcb16a69dcb8317e9d8cdb0c2d/src/core/PannerNode.cpp#L43

Addressed in #64 - Thanks for your PR! I just didn't have time to look at these until recently.
