1. I deleted Simple DNSCrypt. 2. I installed dnscrypt-proxy here: https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-proxy 3. I use dnscrypt-proxy without Simple DNSCrypt. 4. All works, don't need GUI at all.
