You might need to send it with strict JSON: `{ "AccountId" : "2" }`. I just tried it and Rock patched successfully.
The first error indicates that the GroupsAttendance table may be corrupt or unreadable in the MDF. You'd have to mount the MDF on your server and run an integrity check...
