Which key is the "menu" key on PC desktop keyboards (the one between the right Win and Ctrl keys)?

On a GB layout PC keyboard, the key between the AltGr key and the right Ctrl key is the "Keys in PC Keyboards > application" key (Karabiner-Elements version 14.13.0)
