Fix crash when image AudioFormatGetProperty returns with error

The block of code patched fixes a crash when trying to retrieve an image property that returns with an error.

XEP-0065 : use correct session id when responding to TURN request

uuid should be the iq's sid attribute when responding to a TURN request. Not using the session id provided by the other party breaks compatibility with other libraries.

return str on to_xml_string to fix Marker col/row settings
