I think you need to install a few libraries required for interacting with X, `apt install libxcb-shape0-dev libxcb-xfixes0-dev` ..same as we do for the CI builds here: https://github.com/imgui-rs/imgui-rs/blob/v0.8.2/.github/workflows/ci.yml#L109
