ERROR: syft from git+http://github.com/OpenMined/PySyft@dev#egg=syft does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.

Hit the same issue. Can instead just install syft from PyPI (I am guessing syft hadn't been packaged when the course was first released, hence the instruction to install from...
