Ulycille (E-3) - Woodworking Synthesis Support NPC - causes client to 'lock up' on use.

During the viewing of the new character cutscene, you are able to see other players running about.

Other characters should not be visible by the person viewing any opening nation cutscene.

Parsing a flag'd enum value using ToObject<Class>();

I don't believe ToObject() works with TypeStringConverters, and as such - when trying to parse a flag enum value, I'm getting an error. My flag is stored in the config...
