No. It looks like the problem is that 1. `M` is checking for exclusively `-1`, but the defaults for the stations are -2, -3, and -4 2. The combinator with...
The `M` signal should be anything except `-1` if its a Mixed station, which this is not.
I connected the station (sends the `M` signal) combinator directly to the constant combinator, and reset all of the `M` signals to `-1`, and they started working.
