Hi i just upgraded to cln 0.12.0 and i noticed lnbits wasn't starting but actually using alot of CPU. install method tried: poetry and venv cln: `0.12.0` with `allow-deprecated-apis=false` `pyln-client`...

`It currently only works for peers we have a channel with.` is outdated. I propose a change to `A successfull connection with 'connect' is required before ping is possible.`

I noticed that my cln 23.05 node is not receiving any channel_update for 776755x557x1 anymore from the ACINQ node. You can see that other nodes are also missing this channel_update...

@fiatjaf This plugin is archived and has no tests. It should therefore be removed.
