It seems like `phantomjs` is been deprecated and renamed it to `phantomjs-prebuilt`. So, the reference for `phantomjs ` should be typically changed to `phantomjs-prebuilt`. ## How to do that?

I love this repo. Thanks for this helper class. It reduces lots of time in formatting the table. However, I have small request to make this work without a table...
