Is there any options/environments we can use to support rootless docker setup? for example, to allow `systemctl start --user docker`

should we specify by inline gate statement or by configuraton entry in chaincode.json?

If multiple chaincode exist, try to to identify the current one, avoid misleading by older ones and generate suitable sequence for next one
