Should "Needs help -> Deleted" in the top menu be restored?

Ops, http://www.radio-browser.info/gui/#/improve lists random stations, sometimes stations with tags.

I think there should be a description in http://www.radio-browser.info/gui/#/improve what the page lists exactly.

I fixed all "duplicate" tagged stations (removed duplicated, and removed the "duplicate" tag from non-duplicated stations). I could not fix two above stations though so please have a look.

@segler-alex This is the only issue that I really care about for 100% right now. Nonfree JS is taken serious in the free software community since a few years back....
