Chrome not focused tab

I had a similar problem with some input boxes, I solved it using chrome color theming (the pencil in the bottom right angle of the home page)

Window border doesn't apply to chrome

Try this: right click on the title bar and turn on the **Use system title bar and borders** option. It works on Gnome, but I think that is the same...
