Having the same issue, for me it's moving the Muse Sounds location which seems to have broken Muse Hub, now it asks to install a helper but it's not working...

Problem may be that MuseHub needs to be given disk access, that and along with direct download from MuseHub website (and not MuseScore) seems to work.
