This should be possible with the help of CISCO-ETH-FABRIC-EXTENDER-MIB cisco mib (ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/nexus5000/Nexus5000MIBSupportList.html). Unfortunately, I do not own any Nexus 5000 to make tests.
