I figured out that the format of the above is called "TriG", rather than Turtle, so we should probably name the file "nanopub.trig" instead of "nanopub.ttl".

(BTW TriG format is fine, we can use that as the actual format, just for the sake of discussion I thought it was easier to read RDF/XML in the comments)
