Yes this should be changed alright, there are a few places where the global 'from' setting is used when it should be the organiser's name.

This will be implemented eventually, but in the immediate future. It will most likely be added in the form of a plugin/module. Definitely needed though.

I made it so the currency couldn't be changed as if an event sell tickets and then changes the currency the exchange rate would cause the statistics to be wrong....
