[core] methods mapped to HTTP calls should expose uniform options
some irregularities in what methods expose options, filter and so on. Check e.g. what methods would admit options and so on
Extend this check to the API itself and share with the API team anything that could be done there
Similar question here. is this something that we now are at least doing a better job of, and we can close and handle tasks case by case?
