Same problem with my [README](https://github.com/Datapolitan-Training/data-vis-excel/blob/gh-pages/README.md). The raw Markdown has the HTML but it's being scrubbed off somehow when it's rendered.
I appreciate all the work @peterj and the rest of the team have done, but as a long-time user of Remark, the issue in #613 is really serious for us...
Line 9 of [`gtfs_realtime_json.py`](https://github.com/harrytruong/gtfs_realtime_json/blob/master/gtfs_realtime_json.py) has a `print` statement without parenthesis, making it likely Python 2 (probably 2.7), though the version should be explicitly called out in the docs.
