[Feature request] Numbers on every tab, not only first 9

Subj. It would be very usefull when user have a way to switch to any tab by number (vim-like extensions, etc).

I realy like the idea of this bot, thanks for all your great work! It would be nice to have pockebot in container. I can make a PR with Dockerfile...
