Some of the types are incorrect.

Currently the dataset treats bid times (through `slot_time_ms`) as deltas from t0 in a block rather than from the canonical block time. This means that bids are expected at time...

Sometimes relays have data outages or new relays pop up; you can identify when this might be happening by decoding the extra_data column for blocks with no associated relay.

This will allow for better tracking of relay performance. I already have the data going back to slot 19,530,000. I should figure out how to format and upload it.
