Looks like BDK's [MSRV is 1.46](https://github.com/bitcoindevkit/bdk/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#contribution-workflow). Which works for us. But i think they are going for 1.48 now, which is still fine.

To estimate fees you'd need to relay transactions. I though Nakamoto was only about BIP158.
