With a small change to dlech/KeePass2.x#4, it is now even possible to create the Debian package from Ubuntu shell within Windows 10!

This is already been dealt with by [my change to use `KeePassLib.Serialization.IOConnection` for downloading files](https://github.com/darkdragon-001/KeePass-Favicon-Downloader/commit/5dc9d6bec7ccdb5ea03aecc954b918521a577798) as it can be seen in [`KeePassLib/Serialization/IOConnection.cs#L506`](https://github.com/dlech/KeePass2.x/blob/4b4b02f4591629151bb51802c8cab3a4c26b9e52/KeePassLib/Serialization/IOConnection.cs#L506).

Also add an option to correct URLs when a redirect occurs.
