ok I recreated those missing files by myself, how can I add it to this repository?

i have modified sources using diffs from getnamo and it works for me in unreal engine 5.3 on linux. you can check it out here https://github.com/dariusznaurecki/Unrealjs 

ok, it turned out applying your diffs to ncsoft version to support 5.3 was much easier than working out problem with v8 but it still would be good to know...
