i think could be useful to ship also https://github.com/toncenter/ton-http-api with this tool. Also a cli-only version of this tool could be useful (just like ganache-cli)

In current code, there is no support for exotic cells in get requests response stack. I expect to see output of a get request called from explorer.toncoin.org or explorer.toncenter.com, but...
