I don't like the "rReturn" approach. Can we have the following convention: function (type _param) returns (type returnVal_) }

Prefer this approach https://github.com/taikoxyz/taiko-mono/pull/16168, but I don't want to cause the relayer to change a lot of code again. So I'm not sure we should merge this BIG PR.

An interesting feature request. I think we may consider it after this current protocol is battle tested. Internally we decided not to add new features until the mainnet is launched.
