Feature/support all gpus

This PR introduces two changes:

• count key under device specification for NVIDIA GPU runtime now has explicit value of all. This seems to be necessary to ensure backwards compatibility in some of older docker compose versions, as there have been numerous reports of GPU being undetected in model servers. More info in the Official Docker Documentation
• GPU setup documentation seemed to have wrong URLs pointing to same README which has now been fixed and points to main deployment documentation
