Angular 8 - global is not defined

This has just affected a project I'm working on - I've had to lock myself to Chartist 0.11.0 until it's fixed.

I've been following this Issue, as it was affecting me too. As I've commented on the Chromium bug, I think it might now be fixed - can anyone else confirm?
