As far as I can tell there is no way to watch a repository.
This package looks really useful but without a license I won't be able to use it – would you consider adding a license?
A project specific config file should be used in favour of the global one, not the other way around.
This is actually down to atom being a bit strange but `atom.config.get('csscomb')` returns an empty hash rather than `undefined`.
It looks like in [this commit ](https://github.com/datasets/country-codes/commit/698cc4f4bfe973941f0ec85318b39dd7fcc0d822#diff-a474c1f76f0c58f50d54e78a501389596a1aa69ba77f93bd99d5a56e5690c2d3R12) we inadvertently changed from using the English names to using the Malaysian versions.
For example the Netherlands is listed twice in the CSV.
